At NativeMD, we want you to have a great experience with improved health using our products, so place your order in total confidence with our unconditional, satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not 100% pleased with our product(s), simply return the unused portion of your order for a full-refund, less shipping within 30 days from receipt of your product(s).   • Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates, Amazon, or at retail stores must be directed to those appropriate retailers and websites.
  • The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is valid only for first time product purchases, and redeemable items must be shipped back to NativeMD Corporation (at the customer’s expense). No refunds will be approved without a valid RMA form included with the returned item(s). Customers may not return the same item for a refund more than once.
  • If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your RMA form, and shipping tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee delivery of your returned item.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be approved after 30 days from the date you received your product.
  • Be sure to clearly write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to you on the outside of the shipping package. Our shipping team is not allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. Once our team receives your returned item, it generally takes up to 5 business days to fully process refunds. Once it is processed, we will e-mail you a confirmation.
  • All refunds will be provided as a credit to your credit card or selected choice of payment used at the time purchase. There is no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping charges on any non-faulty or undamaged returns.
